This research project was completed for a public relations survey and research methods course. The course is designed for students to apply public relations and communications techniques learned, to real-life situations by assisting real clients. My group worked with the Auburn University business school's Office of Professional and Career Development. We were responsible for gathering feedback regarding students' awareness and usage of the office. We were also tasked with determining an effective way for the office to gain more student engagement on social media platforms. We created a 20-question survey and sent it out to 400 college of business students. We then analyzed the data and created a final report that we presented to our client. The results and suggestions we came up with will be implemented into the office's student engagement plan for 2018.
