Custom portraits are based on a reference photo. I am able to use any photo, but the clearer the photo, the more details I will be able to add. Please email your reference photos to kaelinjacksonart@gmail.com and let me know if you have any questions!
The 5x7" portraits are from chest up and only one pet to make sure I capture them to the best of my abilities.
The 8x10" size and up can be either full body or just the chest and up and can have multiple subjects.
Custom pieces take up to 4 weeks to finish from the date I receive the reference photo. Thank you for your patience. If you need a piece done before that time frame, please email me and we can discuss options.
